Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
What Items can be returned?
Items that are stocked at our facility will be eligible for return. Items that are custom made, built to order or on clearance will not be eligible for return.
Items that are not stock items, may incur restocking fees and additional shipping costs.
How to Return Items?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us at 1-519-539-0645 to obtain return materials authorization (RMA) sheet with RMA number. The following information should be provided in the email to begin the return process.
- Customer Name
- Phone Number
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
Once an RMA document has been emailed you, you are able to return the goods back to the following address:

- Include the RMA return authorization sheet as provided by ResQtech
- Ensure the goods are package and protected from potential damage.
- Ensure the package can be tracked and is insured for full value in the event contents are damaged or lost by the carrier.
- All costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
PLEASE BE ADVISED OF THE FOLLOWING AS IT PERTAINS TO RETURNED PRODUCTS:
- Product must be in original packaging.
- The product shall show no evidence of use or damage.
